Staff Sergeant Jeff Trigg from Company H, 171st Aviation Regiment, 1st Aviation Group of the Georgia Army National Guard recently crossed paths with Major Kevin Berkman from the 116th Operations Support Squadron, 116th Air Control Wing of the Georgia Air National Guard at a forward deployed location in central Iraq.

SSG Trigg is assigned as a C-23 Flight Engineer at Balad Air Base conducting a wide range of Army Theater Airlift missions across Iraq.

Maj Berkman is serving as the Executive Officer to the Multi-National Force - Iraq Spokesperson and Director of Strategic Communications in Baghdad. Company H is located at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta and the 116 OSS is located at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins.
