The Captain D's managers donated food, supplies and labor in April to support the State Area Command's Family Readiness Group which raised more than $400. The Readiness Group helps support National Guard soldiers' families in times of need. Austin Gipson, a Captain D's area director also received the award, but was unable to attend.
