Federally Employed Women Chapter
Is Looking for Charter Members

The Greater Atlanta Chapter of FEW is looking for charter members (both men and women) to join and attend the first meeting on Tuesday, 12 Oct 04, at 6:30pm.  See the attached flyer for location and directions. 

FEW is a non-profit organizationformed in 1968 to support and compliment the Federal Women’s Program (FWP).  FEW’s four program areas of focus are:

  • Compliance
  • Diversity
  • Legislation
  • Training

 Additionally, the FEW National Training Program/Conference will be in Atlanta, sometime in July 2006, so please join now and become a “charter” member!

Who can join?
Membership is open to all Federal Government employees (regular members) and to any other person supporting the goals of FEW (associate members).  If you can’t attend the first meeting in October, don’t worry.  You can join anytime, just contact me. 

Membership Dues
Dues consist of National and Chapter dues.  National dues are prorated based on when you join.  (If you join in October the dues will be $10. for national and $12 for Chapter dues for a total of $22.) Chapter dues are $12 per year.  Lifetime memberships are also available.

Finally, we are also looking for a few motivated individuals to volunteer to become a member of the board of the Atlanta Chapter.
